Measurement, Recording and Data Transmission of industrial process parameters

In industrial plants in general, it is necessary to measure a multitude of physical parameters corresponding to the production or control processes themselves in order to regulate and monitor the plant's operation, such as temperatures, flow rates, levels, pressures, etc., and even environmental parameters. However, these measurements are not always recorded to provide a historical record of the data. Instead, they are used locally in real-time for plant management using indicators, monitors, or visualizers of the signals generated by each sensor.

Our DataNow Solution uses an advanced Datalogger to store the historical record of all parameters of interest in its internal memory. This will allow the information to be analyzed afterwards to determine, for example, the performance of a process, the cause of a plant malfunction, or the reason for a device breakdown.

The information stored by the local datalogger can be transmitted to a distant central office, either via cellular telephony GPRS/3G/4G/5G, radio, fiber optic, or even through satellite.
